POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn about our AI and tech solutions. This role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events to generate leads.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our AI and tech solutions to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business team to ensure alignment on customer requirements and solution offerings.
- Sales Material Preparation: Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Experience handling C-suite executives and services relevant to C-suite executives is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Aptitude: A keen interest in AI, technology solutions, and their applications in various industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to tasks, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of technical sales. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is a plus
