Role & responsibilities

Job Role: Real Estate Business Development Executive

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through networking, market research, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Generate qualified leads for residential, commercial, or luxury real estate projects.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to deal closure.

3. Sales & Business Growth

  • Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain project details.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Share insights with management to design effective sales strategies.
  • Suggest promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close property sales.
  • Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team for promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and submit progress to management.
