What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience of 10-15 years in the lending industry, in Operations with transaction Processing
  • Expertise spanning products under various retail loan products
  • The person should have managed digital loan operations for multiple locations in a NBFC or a Bank
  • Knowledge of regulations as applicable in the lending business
  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage loans generated through digital platform.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Understand our internal processes thoroughly and work with partners in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks
  • Continuous evaluation of processes to reduce cost per transaction through process improvements, automation, or outsourcing
  • Ensure timely and accurate application and accounting of loan installments/receivables collected from customers with appropriate MIS for non-resolved entries and their timely resolution
  • Work closely with our technology team to make sure all the operational aspects of business are functioning smoothly
  • Ensure timely and accurate securitization / assignment transaction processing where applicable
  • Help the core operations team resolve any differences in reconciliation
  • Work with collections team in providing support for data and set up processes where need be.
  • Own MIS reporting for all teams and publish daily reports
  • Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stake holders
  • Ensure timely and accurate securitization / assignment transaction processing where applicable
