Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth in the assigned region. Daily tasks include managing sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments for optimal efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
