This role is ideal for individuals who are results-driven, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a high-energy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads, qualify them based on company criteria, and schedule meetings with solar consultants.Build rapport with potential customers and address initial queries about solar solutions.Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions.Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes.Qualifications & Skills Must-Have:1 - 5 years of experience in tele calling or inside salesStrong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales funnels.Energetic, results-oriented, and eager to learn.Good-to-Have:Experience in a fast-paced startup or early-stage growth environment.Prior exposure to green energy, real estate, or capital goods industries.Ability to use CRM tools, Excel, and dashboards to drive decisions.Tuesday - Sunday {working} - Monday {Week off}
