Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - OEM sales at Realply Industries (P) Ltd. in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities

· Identifying and mapping all prospective markets in the designated territory and classifying different types of customers.

· Visiting and pitching said customers for the company's products according to their respective needs.

· Converting said customers and developing the market in the designated area and improving the company's wallet share with existing customers.

· Achieving and surpassing designated sales benchmarks.

· Partner with local distributors and suppliers to expand Realply’s footprint and ensure consistent product availability across the city.

· Responsible for leading and driving all OEM business in order to successfully grow the OEM partner community and revenues in Bangalore.

· Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs in the plywood and woodworking industry.

· Identifying and pursuing new leads within the OEM segment, utilizing industry connections and networking events to expand the company’s client base.

· Executing strategies to expand our market share in Bangalore, tapping into the city’s growing demand for high-quality plywood and veneer products.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree

· Minimum experience of 4-5 years handling different type of OEMs (furniture, kitchen, wardrobe etc)

· Strong network within the OEM space in Bangalore.

· Excellent communication skills to adequately understand/identify customer needs and fulfil their requirements

· Ability to engage with decision-makers and deliver compelling sales presentations.

· Analytical mindset to assess market trends, track sales data, and use insights to drive business strategies.

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events

· Strong background in driving sales success within a high-performance team

· Resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges and market changes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
