Role & responsibilities:
1. Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
2. Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
3. Preparation of annual budget for the function including, transport, welfare, canteen, vending machine, etc.
4. Monitor and control the budget, suggest cost saving measure and implement the ideas.
5. Optimization of the available resources to the fullest.
6. Travel Desk Supervision: Guest management, hotel arrangement, pick up drop, etc.
7. Plan and co-ordinate administration activities for plant, offices as well as devise ways to streamline processes.
8. Repair & maintenance of plant/offices including civil, fabrication and interior work, office furniture etc.
9. Renew of Registrations, Agreements and Annual Maintenance contracts.
10. Collection of Quotations for the task assigned & award contracts after appropriate approval from management.
11. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
12. Perform & supervise activities, such as visitors, reception, courier, canteen, transportation, House Keeping, etc
13. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
14. Support in handling the security functions of office, plant, and warehouses
15. Monthly Invoicing, Payments, Updation as per budget and tracking as per PO.
16. Liasoning with local authorities. (NMMC, MSEDC, MIDC, DISH, Police, etc.)
17. Supervising welfare activities of employees, purchase of material, distribution of diwali gifts, sweets, uniform, etc.
17. All other specific admin related task as per the requirement from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile:
Work experience : 15 years+
Education: Graduate from any Stream, Post-graduation will be added advantage
Level: Experience of handling Admin tasks with similar level of complexities
Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
Soft skills: Good Communication Skills, MS Office
