Human Resources Executive

We're looking for a skilled HR professional to handle recruitment and administrative tasks and support talent development. If you're passionate about HR, efficient, and knowledgeable in various HR functions, we'd like to meet you. The goal is to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, such as resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, like social platforms and professional networks.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Predict quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
- Support in Employee Engagement Activities.
- Handle administrative tasks dutifully.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of proven work experience in HR or a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media and resume databases.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting (Non-IT preferred) using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
