Role Overview: As Strategy Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the company's strategic direction. You will work closely with leadership to formulate and implement strategies that align with organizational priorities, drive growth, and ensure long-term success. Your role will involve strategic project management, internal and external communication of the company’s strategic plan, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Include developing and implementing strategic projects aligned with organizational goals, ensuring comprehensive communication and alignment across all levels.
Drive growth through new product launches, acquisitions, and service differentiation while leveraging consumer insights.
Manage initiatives for growth, cost savings, and operational excellence, ensuring profitability and compliance with goals like Kaizen.
Collaborate with leadership and consultants to execute corporate initiatives and support strategic milestones.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and risk assessments to refine strategies.
Track performance, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with the Growth office to support business objectives and maximize profitability.
Requirements include experience in strategic planning, project management, business growth strategies, market research, risk analysis, and data reporting, with a focus on effective stakeholder coordination and timely, accurate reporting for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
