Salary Budget: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month
Requirement:
Proven track record in sales and business development within the cosmetology industry
Strong knowledge of cosmetology products and services, including skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or treatments
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and achieve revenue targets
Leadership qualities to manage a sales team and drive performance
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
Creativity and innovation to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Job description:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote cosmetology products and services and achieve revenue targets
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and advertising strategies
Train and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, invoicing, and contract management
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote cosmetology products and services and achieve revenue targets
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share
