Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Work closely with our tax and compliance management team to understand our client’s needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance our services and ensure client retention.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales and marketing, to support business growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, service agreements, and billing details.

**Requirements**:

- Batchelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or customer relationship management role, preferably in the tax or compliance industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organizational goals.
- Prior experience in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
