Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager-IT / Admin to lead our IT and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth implementation of network designs, handling system troubleshooting and support, and maintaining thorough documentation and compliance across all IT operations. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the IT/Admin team to achieve department and organizational goals.
  • Define roles and responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2. IT Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, servers, endpoints, and enterprise software.
  • Ensure high availability, data integrity, and security of IT assets.
  • Manage procurement, licensing, and lifecycle of hardware and software assets.

3. Network Infrastructure & Security

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructures.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or threats.

4. Network Design & Implementation

  • Plan and execute new network setups or upgrades in alignment with business needs.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers for deployment and support

5. Troubleshooting & Support

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for critical IT incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure SLAs are met for internal support tickets.
  • Establish preventive maintenance and issue-tracking procedures.

6. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, SOPs, and change logs.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards (e.g., ISO, data protection laws).
  • Develop and enforce IT and cybersecurity policies and procedures.

7. Administrative Oversight (As Applicable)

  • Supervise administrative support functions such as facility management, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure operational readiness of office infrastructure in collaboration with Admin/HR.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.), virtualization,and backup systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
