We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong commitment to enhancing business-critical product lines and setting a high standard for user experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate within an established brand, focusing on customer-centric UX and Customer Experience design.


As a UX Designer, you will drive the development of UX and product innovations, utilising lean product principles to ensure an intuitive, efficient experience for users. You will collaborate with an agile scrum team, blending the agility of a startup environment with the resources of a well-established organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Transform concepts into comprehensive user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Create and deliver wireframes, user journeys, reusable UX components, and mock-ups that adapt seamlessly across various devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design issues and develop effective solutions using a user-centered approach, conducting rapid testing and iterative refinements based on business requirements.
  • Develop high-fidelity layouts that highlight critical insights, simplify complex data, and craft a cohesive narrative to maximize user engagement.
  • Implement lean methodologies in product development, fostering early validation and continuous learning to reduce cycle times and maximize customer value.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a strategic focus on ROI and the business value generated through design.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in product/UI design within digital environments.
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design (UCD), human-computer interaction, and user research methodologies, including A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • A keen sense of curiosity and empathy, enabling a deep understanding of user pain points.
  • Proficiency in collaborating and translating complex requirements into user-focused design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated strengths in visual design, brand consistency, and user experience, with the capability to iterate on designs effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to both team members and clients.
  • Passion for resolving user challenges through innovative design and a commitment to continuous improvement.
