Title : Client Relationship Manager (IT Services & Staffing) Location : Navi Mumbai or Bengaluru | Work From Office (WFO) | Immediate joiners preferred Comp: Competitive fixed + very lucrative performance-based incentives About the role Programming.com is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to build, retain, and grow IT services/staffing accounts. You’ll be the single point of contact for clients, ensure on-time delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and drive revenue growth. What you’ll do - Own key accounts: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos) - Translate client goals to delivery plans; ensure SLA adherence and quality - Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections - Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-fill - Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flag risks and drive resolutions What you’ll bring - 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or BD in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing - Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management - Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure - Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles Nice to have - MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance - Prior recruitment ops exposure (ATS, submittal quality) How to Apply: Email : Subject: CRM – WFO – (Navi Mumbai/Bengaluru) – (Your Name) Include: resume, notice period (immediate/actual), location, current/expected CTC, and 2–3 lines on your biggest account growth win.
