Based in Mumbai, Sierra Instrumentation & Controls is a leader in providing high-quality instrumentation and control systems to various industries.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The role includes managing client accounts, providing product and service information, handling client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will also be involved in coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the company.QualificationsExperience in client relationship management, account management, and customer serviceStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of Pharma / Chemical / Automation industryAbility to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneouslyProficiency in using CRM software and other relevant toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in the instrumentation and controls industry is a plusAbility to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with diverse teamsOther DetailsCompensation: As per industry standards + Incentive structure based on performanceTravel: Frequent local and outstation travel as per client requirementWhy Join UsBe part of a fast-growing automation company that partners with leading pharma and chemical brands, offering an innovative environment and opportunities to grow your career.📩 Interested?
