Inviting applications for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) CDP Developer

The Tech Lead - AEP CDP Developer will oversee the development, configuration, and deployment of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions. This role focuses on hands-on development with AEP’s APIs, data ingestion, and real-time customer data activation. The position also involves team mentorship and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement scalable AEP solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Development Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end AEP CDP solution development, including data ingestion, identity management, and profile unification.
  • Solution Design and Configuration: Architect and configure AEP solutions tailored to business requirements, emphasizing data governance and real-time customer profiles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business needs into AEP solutions by working closely with product owners, business analysts, and marketing teams.
  • Data Integration: Implement strategies to integrate first, second, and third-party data sources into AEP, maintaining high data quality.
  • Identity Management: Oversee identity resolution and customer profile enrichment for actionable insights.
  • Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure data governance and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) within AEP.
  • AEP API Integration: Build and maintain integrations with other marketing tech stack components using AEP’s APIs.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance AEP performance.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • 6+ years in marketing tech development, with experience in customer data platforms.
  • Proficient in AEP and CDP functionalities, including data ingestion, profile unification, and API integrations.
  • Skilled in JavaScript, SQL, RESTful APIs, and familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and secure data handling practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Experience with data engineering and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Audience Manager.
  • Familiarity with machine learning for marketing and CI/CD practices.
