Your Impact:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Senior Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and developing high-end technology solutions that address complex business challenges across various industries. Your expertise in AEP will enable us to deliver innovative, customer-centric experiences that drive business results and establish us as a market leader.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement multifaceted applications, ensuring breadth and depth of knowledge across the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to turn complex ideas into end-to-end solutions that transform their business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience developing and implementing marketing automation solutions, specializing in Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Platform (including RT-CDP, AJO, AJA).
- Technical certifications in Adobe products, showcasing advanced expertise and proficiency.
- Proficiency in core web technologies such as XML, HTML5, CSS, and client/server-side scripting languages including JavaScript and Python. Skilled in consuming RESTful APIs and interacting with GraphQL APIs.
Data Management:
- Experience with AEP data collection and ingestion from diverse sources, ensuring effective data integration and utilization.
- Expertise in ETL workflows, managing seamless data movement and transformation across various sources for cleansing, enrichment, and normalization within AEP.
Data Activation:
- Development skills in AEP Data Preparation, including defining XDM, creating datasets, and performing profile merge and segmentation.
- Implementation of data governance policies and usage labels to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Bonus Requirements:
- Proficiency in data activation, integrating with Target, Analytics, AJO, and Campaign, and managing destination configurations and export APIs.
- Performance and load optimization expertise, ensuring AEP processes handle expected data volumes and user loads efficiently without performance issues.
Skill Enhancements:
- Strong focus on data quality assurance, implementing checks and validations to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Experience in AJO journey creation and measurement, including the implementation and configuration of new journeys, campaigns, and integrations for email, SMS, push notifications, data sources, and custom actions.
Methodologies:
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
Education:
- Full-time Bachelor's/Master's degree (Science or Engineering preferred).

- Effective troubleshooting and issue resolution abilities, with a track record of monitoring AEP solution performance, proactively identifying issues, and optimizing workflows for increased efficiency.
