Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities within the supply chain.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance supply chain performance.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements.
Forecasting & amp; Planning: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and plan procurement activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, and logistics, to support supply chain initiatives and projects.
Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role.
Skills:
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets, Dashboard development)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
