Job Overview The Corporate Sales Manager position at Job Hub HR is a full-time junior-level role based in Mumbai. We seek a dynamic individual with 1 to 3 years of work experience to drive sales and manage client accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in boosting business growth and establishing robust client relationships. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software to maintain and enhance customer relationships and drive sales performance. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot to effectively manage sales data and customer interactions. Strong account management skills to effectively engage, retain, and grow client base ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in business development to identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients. Ability to plan and execute sales strategy, aligning with business goals and maximizing revenue generation. Exceptional negotiation skills to establish favorable terms and secure deals with clients and partners. Proven market research skills to analyze trends, understand competition, and derive actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales objectives and drive revenue growth. Manage existing client accounts and ensure consistent growth in business through strategic relationship management. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Job Hub HR's market presence in Mumbai and beyond. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and create competitive sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and complete client satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, using data-driven insights. Regularly update CRM systems with current sales initiatives and client interactions to maintain accurate records. Participate in networking and promotional events to build Job Hub HR's profile and foster business development.
