Key Responsibilities


Functional Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Company/ functional KPI’s to measure company’s strategic priorities, including tracking and identification of action plans.
  • Set up a digital strategy for the company with focus on automating internal processes in the company (data collection, storage, analytics, etc.)
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed business decisions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Support in setting up the annual & long term business strategy, working with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of specific projects, including new product development, regional and international cross functional projects.
  • Evaluate long term investment opportunities and develop in-depth business cases - including financials, volume projections, route to market, marketing strategies, etc.
  • Create reports and presentations that clearly and succinctly highlight actionable insights combined with business implications/strategic & tactical options with business reviews.
  • High quality data and business / financial analysis

Relationship Building Focus

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, prospective partners, customers & influencers for future readiness
  • Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones


Skill Sets & Traits:

  • Analytical skills for Business cases, Profitability Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis.
  • Expert in data analysis, analyzing complex data & driving insights.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and ability to communicate through high-quality presentations.
  • Quick learner, problem solver and a Go-getter who works swiftly with cross-functional teams and leadership to execute projects on time.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, comfortable with vague business problems & working towards “figuring things out”.
  • Commercial skills gained through Business Partnering roles/Sales & Marketing/ Finance.
  • Strategic thinker with lots of energy and deep desire to make a difference by driving process improvements.
  • Must display strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to manage internal / external stakeholders.


Qualifications and Experience:

MBA with Overall experience 3-4 years, with at least a 2 year stint in a renowned consulting firm. Key experience in roles driving business decisions based on data analytics
