VivlioSyn has innovated and evolved a unique method of developing lasting engagement with reading practices in children with help of mentors. VivlioSyn comprehensively addresses the three main problems that parents face, namely selection of age-appropriate books for their children, cost-effective and hassle-free way of obtaining the books, and most importantly, building a deep and personal engagement in children with books.

This introduces the child in a special way to the world of books and hence to endless possibilities and learning. Mentors use word games, workshops, conduct and lead discussions on the plot, primary ideas and characters in a book. All of this makes learning and engagement with books and thereby knowledge fun for children and completely different from the education they receive in schools. Our services are available across India. We work with children in the age group of 5-15 years.


Position Overview:

This is a full-time remote role for a Pre-Sales Associate at Vivliosyn.

The ideal candidate will have sales or pre-sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • High-Volume Outreach: Make 100-150 calls daily to engage potential clients.
  • Demo Scheduling: Contact registered clients to arrange demo sessions.
  • Demo Follow-Up: Ensure all scheduled demos are completed successfully.
  • Customer Insight: Assist the sales team by providing insights into customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective business development initiatives.
  • Proactively generate new leads utilizing a diverse range of methodologies, including online research, cold calling, and customer referrals.
  • Reignite lead generation by re-engaging abandoned prospects and lapsed subscribers, ensuring a steady flow of new opportunities.
  • Maintain seamless communication channels with clients.
  • Document interactions within CRM system for efficient tracking.
  • Achieve designated monthly and weekly sales objectives.
  • Fulfil delegated supplementary tasks.
  • This role requires a six-day work week, with Thursdays off. You will be working on Saturdays and Sundays.


Qualifications:


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, delivering compelling sales pitches.
  • Track record of successful pre-sales or sales for at least 1 year, preferably in education.
  • Confident and persevering risk-taker, thriving in high-performance, high-growth environments.
  • Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
