Your Role
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you'll take charge of building and scaling our dealer & distributor network in your region. You'll be the face of our brand, driving sales growth, developing long-term dealer relationships, and ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

What You'll Do
• Build and manage a strong dealer/distributor ecosystem.
• Achieve regional sales targets for inverters & lithium-ion batteries.
• Launch and manage dealer incentive schemes & promotions.
• Conduct product & technical training for partners and installers.
• Track competitor moves and implement counter-strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns and product launches.
• Submit monthly sales reports & forecasts.

5–10 years' experience in channel/dealer sales (mandatory: inverter/solar/battery background
