Terms of Reference (TOR) for Sales Interns/Executives 1. Position: Sales Interns/Executives (IT Products & Services) 2. Company Overview: EBRO is a growing startup in the IT solutions industry, providing cutting-edge IT products and services. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Sales Interns/Executives in  Delhi NCR  to drive business growth, generate leads, and enhance market presence. 3. Scope of Work: Identify and approach potential clients for IT products and services. Conduct market research to find new business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets. Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote company offerings. Provide regular updates on sales activities and client feedback. 4. Required Qualifications & Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience. Background in business, marketing, IT, or related fields preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of IT products and services (training will be provided). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales strategies is a plus. 5.
