Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data science, analytics, and business intelligence to drive insights and inform strategic decisions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.

• Executive Support: Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including preparation for meetings, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.


Qualifications :

• A degree in Engineering, MBA, or Data Science from a premier institution.

• 2-3 years of experience in a strategic, consulting, or project management role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.

• Willingness to travel frequently with the CEO and adapt to a demanding schedule.
