Job Overview:As an Ecommerce Sales Executive at Desidiya, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through our online platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Bigbasket etc). You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, cultivating relationships, and converting leads into sales. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting Indian culture and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the e-commerce space.Will be responsible for driving the business from the online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.Will be responsible for handling product listings, promotions, discounts day-to-day operational issues related to the marketplace.Handling the marketing budgets the paid advertising campaigns/sponsored ads on marketplaces like Amazon Flipkart.Strategizing implementing the plan of action for the month on month growth in the sales from the existing online marketplaces.Assist in day-to-day management of strategy, implementation monitoring.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of online sales strategies, on Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, IndiaMartExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Passion for Indian culture, handicrafts, and artisanal products is highly desirable.
