Purpose of the Job:

As a Training Manager, the role includes managing the L&D requirements of the region assigned. Handholding the Operations team, performing quality checks, identifying the gaps and provide L&D solution.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct knowledge / skill training which includes new launch, ongoing training, new employee engagements.
  • Conducting new joiner induction & OJT activities.
  • Ensure traction of KPIs, & timely publish of dashboard, calendar etc.
  • Initiate and run a project on impacting key business levers & enablers, in the form of Surrender Aversion, pitching Loan/NB/Agency career
  • Extensive travelling will be required
  • Conducting roadmap programs for Branch Operations.
