The Role

We're on the hunt for a Sales Account Executive who's part sales maestro, part startup explorer. This isn't just a job - it's your chance to write the next chapter of tech innovation from the ground floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline- Transform potential leads into passionate customers- Become the bridge between Hivel's technology and game-changing engineering teams- Collaborate closely with marketing, tech and customer success teams- Turn sales targets from numbers into milestones

Location: Hyderabad, India

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Brings 4-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers in the US- Has a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota- Able to learn quickly and adapt to an AI-first sales world- Can build relationships that feel more like partnerships than pitches- Breathes entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated

- Sold directly to technical leadership (CTOs or VPs of Engineering)- Navigated the wild world of dev tools- Thrived in the controlled chaos of early-stage startups
