About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Linked In Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential leads through Linked In to build strong business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify target prospects using Linked In Sales Navigator and other tools. Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. Develop outreach strategies to increase response and conversion rates. Track and report lead generation performance using CRM or spreadsheets. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to refine messaging and targeting. Stay updated with Linked In algorithms, best practices, and trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Linked In lead generation or B2 B prospecting. Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead-gen automation tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers. Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2 B Saa S, IT services, consulting, or staffing industries. Knowledge of email outreach and multi-channel lead generation.
