Key Characteristics of the Role :
Leadership & Ownership capabilities in leading Sales, building Strategic Business Relationship.
Identify & nurture new relationships to harness the upcoming trends in engineering services industry.
Dynamic Business Analytical Knowledge
Collaborative and Customization ability
The role holder must have deep understanding of market & competition of markets in Engineering Services industry in the aforesaid countries to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise. Candidate must develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, by understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Candidates with experience in Metals / Mining / Power / Oil & Gas in Engineering Services preferred.
Job Description :
Market Research – Lead Generation & Management.
Structured leadership towards Sales process Management.
Evaluation of Country specific Business opportunities, Identifying Local Associates
Hands-on experience working for clients in Europe (Germany, UK, France) & North Africa
Proposal review and Coordination.
Coordination between BUs, Associate and Client for Proposal / EOI preparation and Submission.
Country and Project Risk Assessment.
Formation of NDAs. / Cooperation Agreement.
Consortium & Partnership Formation for Bidding.
Leading the Proposal Submission.
Create Strong Pipelines to meet targets.
Price Negotiation & Contract Negotiation.
Internal Execution Agreements with Associates.
Presentations to Client & Partner. Advocacy with Lenders and Institutions.
Create reports for upper management.
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
Travelling frequently in the territory for meetings and customer engagements.
Required Skillset :
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Excellent time and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
Analytical and Proactive
Work Experience: 14 – 18 Years of Experience in Engineering Services Sales
