We help provide convenience and flexibility to corporates by aggregating speciality kitchens and provide a portfolio of categories ranging from food, healthy snacks, fresh fruit bowls, juices, milkshakes, sandwiches, desi south Indian snacks, confectioneries, savories, salads and other snacks.Job location: BengaluruRole description (Reporting to Operations Head)Northstar: Client retention & drive additional revenue opportunitiesVisit clients on a regular basis and solicit feedback from the clients and act upon the same to deliver superior experienceManage post sales experience and surpass the client expectationsEngage and retain clients with superior value creation and supportServe as the client ambassador with the internal teamsDrive revenue and develop new business opportunities with existing customersPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop yearly calendar of special events for all clients and proactively reach out to them to solicit any additional requirementsSkill Sets required/Preferred qualificationsPassion for food and snacksStrong analytical skillStrong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with key stakeholdersPassion to explore new opportunities and hunger to surpass the client expectationsSelf motivated and eagerness to learnAbility in problem-solving and relationship buildingDaily documentation & reportingWillingness to travel and meet clients (within Chennai)What can you expect from us?A fast-paced environment to learn and growHigh transparency in decision makingHigh autonomy; freedom to take risks, to experiment, and to failMarket Competitive salary
