We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive to drive lead conversion and contribute to our growth.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
  • Plan and execute transportation of goods including reverse Logistic strongly across locations as per schedule.
  • To handle claims related to transit Damage or any discrepancies during transportation and their settlement with Insurance company
  • Having strong knowledge in the settlement of claims related to marine policy
  • Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor inward and outward stock movements, ensuring accuracy in records and physical inventory.
  • Maintain inventory reports, reconcile stock discrepancies, and manage cycle counts.
  • Supervise loading/unloading activities, packaging, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of the warehouse cleanliness, safety, and space utilization.
  • Track on-time delivery performance, report delays, and take corrective action.
  • Prepare and update daily MIS reports related to stock, dispatch, and logistics KPIs
  • Support in return logistics and damage handling as required

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations and warehouse management
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic ERP tools
  • Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines
  • Familiar with inventory audits, documentation, and transport management
