Job Description

The Senior Executive Finance will support the Finance Manager in managing the financial operations of the company. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and compliance. The Assistant Manager Finance will ensure accurate financial records, assist in strategic financial planning, and provide leadership to the finance team.

Key Responsibility:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Responsible for timely deposit of statutory dues such as TDS, ESI, PF etc.
  • Verifying the Payments on a weekly basis for TDS, GST, RCM, Equivalization Levy etc.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports like TDS returns, GST Returns, financial statements etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for financial statements.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to finance team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (masters degree or CA dropout preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in tally software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
