Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer

Job Purpose

The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Case-to-case tracking.
- Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio management.
- Debt collection strategy.
- Target achievement.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Risk management.
- Team leadership.
- Vendor management.
- Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Proven experience in debt collection or recovery, preferably in consumer lending or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to collections and repossessions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation s.
- Experience in portfolio management and debt collection strategy implementation.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Demonstrated s in risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate with vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management s.
