Position Overview: As a Performance Marketing Specialist , you will lead paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on optimizing ad performance, managing budgets, and leveraging data insights to enhance engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Ideal for a data-driven marketer with creativity and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Optimize campaigns to meet objectives, including lead generation, event registrations, and audience engagement.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving targets.
Audience Targeting:
Define and refine audience segments for targeted campaigns using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data.
Utilize retargeting and lookalike audiences to enhance conversion rates.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy that align with brand messaging.
Provide feedback and insights to improve ad performance.
Performance Reporting:
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for data-driven decision-making.
Stay Updated on Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools or techniques in digital advertising.
Identify new platforms and channels for expanding paid media efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Optimization Expertise: Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
Creativity: Ability to collaborate on ad creatives and craft compelling ad copy.
Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics and marketing tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present campaign insights effectively.
