ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimise our platfrom ads campaigns including Amazon and Flipkart ads. This role required deep understanding of digital advertising strategies,data driven ad optimization techniques to drive revenue and brand visibility on the e-commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership: Responsible for day-to-day ad operations on marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and Qcommerce
  • Campaign Measurement and Digital strategy : Analyze trends, performance and optimize the campaigns and adjusting budget, bids and strategies for maximum ROI
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Ecom sales, Marketing, Finance and GTM) to align goals, budgets and execution plans.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to all the internal stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools (Amazon Pi, Flipkart IRIS, Helium 10 etc.) to generate actionable insights and enhance campaign performance
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market place ad trends, algorithm changes and best practices, also evaluate full funnel numbers against competition and category benchmarks to identify Strengths, Weakness and opportunities for improvement is ad strategies


Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications,Business or a related field
  • Minimum(2-4 years) Proven experience in managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon.in, Flipkart etc
  • Deep understanding of Amazon and Flipkart ads platforms, including Search, Display and DSP ads
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Amazon Pi, Flipkart IRIS, Helium 10 etc
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights to optimise the campaign
  • Creative thinking and problem solving abilities to develop innovative advertising strategies and overcome challenges in a dynamic e-commerce environment
  • Result oriented mindsets with a focus on delivering high quality campaigns and achieving performance goals
  • Passion for technology,e-commerce and digital marketing trends with a keen interest in staying updated on industry developments and best practices
  • Strong communication, Collabaration and stakeholder management abilities


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience of managing e-commerce platforms and marketing strategy , negotiations and execution - awareness + Performance . Have worked on Amazon (AMS)/ Flipkart ads
  • Strong understanding of customer cohorts and able to identify the target audiences
  • Expertise in Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
