Job Description: Business Development Director - IT Staffing (US)


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to drive growth in the IT staffing sector in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building client relationships, delivering staffing solutions, and generating revenue. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the IT staffing domain.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of potential business opportunities.


Delivery Management:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the recruitment process to align with client expectations.
  • Resolve client concerns and issues effectively and promptly.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets by securing staffing contracts.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals with clients.
  • Explore and expand into new markets within the US
  • Promote the company’s brand and services at industry events, networking opportunities, and through online platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience 10+ years in IT staffing/business development, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing trends, visa requirements, and compliance in the US.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to network and establish professional relationships.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies to effectively match client requirements.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM.
  • Existing network of IT clients in the USA market.
