Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Anagram Media & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business objectives, and recommending tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling/visits, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate our services and solutions effectively to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in accordance with company policies and objectives, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the overall success of the sales team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to effectively manage and track sales activities and pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and company priorities.
  • Passion for digital marketing and technology, with a desire to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
