Job Description 1. Event management and execution Lead the planning, organization, and execution of in-person events across 6+ major Indian cities. Develop and implement strategies to ensure events are memorable, impactful, and community-first. 2. Vendor management Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors to deliver high-quality experiences within budget and timelines. 3. Budget management Plan and allocate event budgets meticulously to maximize impact. Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance. 4. Create & scale offline assets Create new event IPs and scale them across cities. Build strategies that make GrowthX events the go-to weekend plan for our members. 5. Documentation Provide updates and insights to the founders & team on event strategies, execution, and outcomes. Maintain documentation on processes and playbooks. Use tools such as HubSpot and Mailerlite for reporting and data management. Requirements Have prior experience building events from 0 → 1. Understand the nuances of audience curation, budgeting, vendor management, and merchandising. Think creatively and care about building unique, memorable experiences. Are highly organized with strong attention to detail. Can work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Are comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Clevertap, or any marketing automation tools. Believe in quality over quantity when it comes to events. You have a track record of owning the entire product lifecycle—from initial research and creation to a successful GTM launch. You've likely honed this skill for at least 3 years in a modern, internet-first company, and your elegant project management keeps everything on track. 2. You're a gifted storyteller who builds transformation products. You have a special talent for making complicated things feel simple, and you know that great documentation is a key part of the story. You don't just share information; you build learning experiences that change the way people think and help them achieve their goals. 3. You're an AI insider with deep curiosity. Your obsession with the AI space is matched by your skill in conducting deep user, product, and market research. You don't just follow trends; you understand the 'why' behind them and can translate raw insights into a clear point of view and a concrete plan. 4. You're an owner with a startup mentality. The prospect of joining a small, fast-moving team energizes you. You thrive in ambiguity and want ownership. Accountability doesn't scare you; it motivates you.
