Sales Force Tester

Job Description: Conduct Salesforce test automation utilizing tools such as AccelQ and Copado. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure effective testing strategies. Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate Salesforce applications' functionality, performance, and security. Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Participate in test planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings to continuously improve testing processes. Stay updated with Salesforce updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to enhance testing methodologies.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce test automation. Proficiency in utilizing test automation tools like AccelQ and Copado. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, functionalities, and limitations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Self-motivated with a willingness to work in a startup environment and adapt to evolving requirements. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.Additional Information: This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with preference given to candidates based in Bangalore. The contract duration is 6 months with the potential for extension, reflecting our long-term growth plans.
