We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing the solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a Salesforce Technical Analyst you will be part of an agile team (SAFe), participate in all SAFe events, with daily tasks and events contributing to a high quality implementation of a Salesforce Service Cloud. You will be participating actively in helping to define the required user stories with design and well-defined acceptance criteria, participate in daily standups and full day events, contributing daily and constantly to keep improving the product being built, always aiming for the best product value. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, in a high demanding but very collaborative environment.

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Analyst

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science) or equivalent

No of Years’ Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze upcoming PI features for Salesforce.

· Understand Business Use Cases and Objectives or do refinement sessions with the SME´s.

· Document Solution Design with best practices and walkthrough with team.

· Align with Program Architect and SME about the Solution Approach.

· Create a Work Breakdown Structure by Slicing the Requirements based on the Design to Well Defined User Stories.

· Support Team Estimations on User Story Level.

· Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and lead in different SAFe events – PI Planning, Design Sessions, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, System Demo.

· Good Salesforce Techno Functional Knowledge with the Product.

· Create technical documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and release notes.

· Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality.

· Active Participation and Demo functionalities in different SAFe Events.

· Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

· Proactively identify opportunities, suggest ideas and value adds for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Technical skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience with Salesforce as Technical Consultant and 2 years as Functional Consultant.

· Proficient with Salesforce OOTB configurations.

· Proficient with OOTB features available in one of the Salesforce Product – Sales/Service Cloud. Service Cloud is preferable.

· Good Knowledge in building Reports and Dashboards as per the requirement.

· Experience with Agile development methodologies is desirable.

· Ability to provide Solution Design on Salesfore.com application.

· Experience with online collaboration tools (ideally Jira/Confluence/Mural)

· Excellent analytic and interpersonal skills to influence and engage colleagues or business stakeholders.

· Ability to be flexible and work accurate and outcome based, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure, multi-tasking environment with changing priorities

· Ability to partner with both technical and non-technical peers and stakeholders, to interact with various levels of management, and to promote cross functional collaboration.

· Salesforce PDI or Admin and either Service or Sales Cloud consultant certification is mandatory. Service Cloud Consultant is preferable.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Experience in Customer facing projects and Stakeholder Communication

· Excellent team player with good lead capabilities

· Good decision making capabilities

· Good presentation and reporting skills
