Job Description :

  • 4-6 years experience in Workzone with emphasis on candidates who are certified in Employee Central
  • Design & development of cloud applications and services on the SAP Business Technology Platform using tools such as Node.js, Express, Java, & Spring
  • Experience in Kubernetes preferred, Ensuring quality delivery of our technology solutions
  • Monitoring and maintenance of cloud applications. Design and build low code/no code applications and Workzone portals
  • Automate processes using SAP BTP Workflow

Responsibilities :

  • SAP SF Workzone Development : Design, develop, and customize applications and services within the SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone platform to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Cloud Application Design : Architect cloud-based applications and services on the SAP BTP using best practices and design patterns for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Backend Development : Develop server-side logic, APIs, and services using Node.js, Express.js, Java, and Spring Framework to support frontend applications and integrations.
  • Integration : Integrate SAP SF Workzone applications with other SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, web services, and messaging protocols.
  • Microservices Architecture : Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) : Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment of applications and services.
  • Monitoring and Logging : Set up monitoring and logging solutions for SAP SF Workzone applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Security : Implement security best practices and standards for SAP SF Workzone applications, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
  • Documentation : Document technical designs, architecture diagrams, and development processes for SAP SF Workzone applications. Maintain up-to-date documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality applications and services.
  • Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff on SAP SF Workzone applications, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, cloud development practices, and industry trends. Continuously enhance technical skills through training, certifications, and self-learning.
