Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Tendering & Estimation Manager (Commercial Interior Projects)
Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor -Tendering/Estimation Manager to handle cost estimation, tendering, and BOQ preparation for our commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing all aspects of cost planning, cost control, contract administration, and vendor negotiations to ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering & Estimation Engineer – Commercial Interiors

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates for tenders in line with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) as per drawings and design documents.
  • Manage project budgets for Civil, Interiors & MEP works, including forecasting, monitoring costs, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts and work orders.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare tender documents, variation statements, and budget reports.
  • Generate regular cost and schedule reports for management and clients.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Optimize cost and risk factors to ensure value for money, while maintaining legal standards, safety, and quality requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Projects (or similar tools).
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tenders/projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Commercial, Interiors, and MEP projects preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
