We're Hiring: Billing Engineer – QS (Commercial Interior Fit Outs)

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Week Off: Sunday

Experience: 4–6 years (Commercial Interior Projects)

We are looking for a Billing Engineer – QS with proven experience in Commercial Interior Projects (Fit Outs) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Study BOQ as per project specifications and extract quantities from drawings.

Prepare BOQs and quantity sheets from site data & drawings.

Take site measurements, prepare measurement sheets, and ensure billing accuracy.

Prepare & certify RA bills; verify contractor/vendor invoices.

Coordinate with contractors for billing and commercial closure.

Track project budgets, PO tracker reports, and certify bills.

Identify non-tendered items, provide rate analysis, and ensure execution readiness.

Reconcile projects and maintain billing records.
