**Full Job Description**

1.The Tender Executive responsible for leading and managing all activities in support of the Company's sales support department for filing Tenders / E-Tenders while ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained.

2.Attending Pre Bids

3.Strong computer skills, Communication Skills, Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

4.Reading tenders documents and doing analysis reports of the all kinds of tenders and present to management.

5.Preparations of Tender bidding documents and participation of tender bidding process.

6. Familiarizing yourself with all Products and Services offered by our company.
- Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Making Letters, Applications. Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc. Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines, Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
- Knowledge of filing tenders online at procures, e-tenders, GEM, State procurement portals.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Commission pay
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dwarka mor, Jeewan Park - 110059, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
