Job Title: Marketing & Tender Executive
Location: Park Street, Kolkata
About the Role:
We are a reputed manufacturing company based in Kolkata, seeking an experienced Market & Tender Executive to handle business development through government and private tenders, customer coordination, and documentation.
The role requires strong communication skills, independent working ability, and a clear understanding of tender processes and B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, and participate in government and private tenders through GeM, CPPP, e-procurement, and corporate portals.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, certifications, and product data.
- Monitor tender results, follow up with departments, and maintain tender records.
- Handle customer correspondence, quotation preparation, and email communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and distributors for new business opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports for management on tender participation and market updates.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline); MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years handling tenders / B2B / institutional sales.
- Strong knowledge of GeM, e-Procurement portals, and online bid submissions.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online documentation.
- Should be organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines independently.
Salary: Negotiable
(Based on experience and capability)
Work Type:
- Full-time, on-site role at Park Street office.
- 6-day working (Monday to Saturday).

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
