**Responsibilities**

**1. Quantity Estimation**:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.

Estimate material, labour, and equipment costs required for construction projects.

Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.

**2. Documentation and Reporting**

Prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and tender documents.

Maintain comprehensive records of quantities, costs, and scheduling.

AutoCAD and Software Proficiency:
Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing construction drawings.

Use MS Excel for data analysis, cost modelling, and budget tracking.

Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations using MS Word.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech.) or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience.

Experience in interior / Architectural firm.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing and reviewing construction plans.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
