Designation: Manager – Projects

Experience Required: 5-6 years in projects (construction/fit-outs) with exposure to the restaurant/F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate feasibility, utilities, and operational requirements.
  • Develop restaurant layouts aligned with operational flow, brand standards, and compliance norms.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for drawings, BOQs, approvals, and timely delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution including civil, MEP, interiors, signage, and kitchen fit-outs.
  • Ensure projects comply with statutory, health & safety, and F&B industry standards.
  • Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Handle vendor identification, negotiation, and management, ensuring adherence to MOQs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to integrate workflow efficiency in design and execution.
  • Conduct periodic site supervision and resolve on-ground execution challenges.
  • Prepare progress reports and handover documentation post-completion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management (preferred).
  • 5-6 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, layouts, and compliance requirements in the F&B industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for site surveys and execution monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
