Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and demonstrating the value of our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients. The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Location : Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting Sales team to achieve targets set for the territory through identified Sales funnel aligned to organizational objectives. Identify, nurture and help Sales team to close deals (including big / complex), articulating value proposition of products, presentations and solution for customers. independently or with limited support. Collaborate effectively with Customer Success and Tech Support team to deliver value to clients for continued renewal and cross sell opportunities. Leverage Channel Sales strategies, and marketing outreach to drive expansion and outreach. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to build informed sales plans. Bring product and customer feedback, market sentiment to partner with in house SMEs and OEMs on improvement areas and to unlock new business opportunities. Leverage established relationships with C-suite executives to foster strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and accelerate high-level decision-making for potential clients with ACPL management support. Contribute to the formation of key policies and sales strategies, lead / support development and implementation of new initiatives, projects, and procedures to meet sales targets and optimize field operations. Continually seek to improve on performance levels by taking advantage of new technology and anticipating changes in Market practices, industry trends, process trends etc. Develop and maintain the image and perception of the ACPL business and ensure it is known both internally and externally for its exceptional service; obtain one positive testimonial or reference per quarter. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 8-15 total years of experience with relevant core in a pre-sales experience of minimum 4 Years, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and best practices (e.g., network security (Firewalls and Proxy), endpoint security (DLP, XDR, EDR), cloud security – (Microsoft and Prisma), threat management, SIEM, etc.) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with presenting to executive-level clients and decision-makers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
