Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager at Tekinject, located in New Delhi. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, providing technical support, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with the technical team to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Solid technical background 
    and Sales skills.
  • Account Management skills for managing and growing existing accounts
  • Technical Support skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the waterproofing injection industry is a must

Job Function:

  • Provide clients with sales advice and support.
  • Search for new clients to benefit the business and company products.
  • Working remotely and flexibility on traveling
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Apply and negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • lead and coordinate all the Sales and technical Services of India Region (Sales, weekly report, forecasting, Site visits, technical support, and Presentation) follow up payment with end users and distributors.
  • Follow up sales actions with on-site technical support with new/existing contractors.
  • Proactive selling with general contractors, deep foundation companies, and existing customers in India.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Focus on implementing the regional business plan based mainly in India.
  • To be responsible for identifying and resolving technical problems and providing feedback to his direct manager.
  • Identify opportunities within our scope and focus (infra projects, leaking basements, soil stabilization and foundation companies)
  • Provide technical solutions in crack injections, leak sealing, soil stabilization, and void filling.
  • On-site technical follow up of Tekinject projects.
  • Should be able to perform all necessary tasks related to Injection business including Method Statement, Technical Proposal , Mockup, visit reports and site trails.
  • Provides information on the market and competitor activities.
