Lincode's unique computer vision-based solution detects QA issues with higher accuracy and lower costs than competitors. The proprietary model incorporates AI and ML to precisely detect manufacturing defects and predict machine downtime and future product defects. This solution can be deployed with basic camera equipment in open environments and made operational within a month.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to drive customer engagement, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the growth of LINCODE's business in the manufacturing technology space. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements, assess technical needs, and recommend suitable solutions from the LINCODE platform.
- Deliver compelling technical sales pitches and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the back-end team to conceptualize optimized system solutions.
- Work closely with Channel Sales Partners and System Integration (SI) partners to generate new business and strengthen existing accounts.
- Develop and manage key accounts to ensure sustained business growth.
- Prepare client quotations and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Provide after-sales support, including knowledge transfer and technical assistance.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers, channel partners, and SI partners.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records (Salesforce).
- Represent LINCODE at industry events, conferences, and workshops.
- Liaise with internal teams—including inside sales, program management, and delivery—for seamless customer onboarding and deployment.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Development, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, with 1–2 years in SaaS product sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of machine vision systems and applications.
- Familiarity with Automotive, Electronics, or Aerospace markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, drive sales, and close deals.
- Skilled in sales promotion techniques and delivering impactful presentations.
- Professional demeanor with excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70, ₹140,000.00 per month
